What It Is

An Obsidian plugin that connects to the Oura Ring API to pull your health data directly into your vault. Use the “Insert Oura Ring Stats” command to inject data at your cursor position.

Data Categories

  • Sleep — scores, deep sleep duration, efficiency, REM analysis
  • Readiness — score, temperature deviation, HRV balance, recovery index
  • Activity — steps, calories burned, MET minutes, training volume

Installation

Available via BRAT or manual installation. Requires a personal access token from the Oura developer portal.
