Every person on the call writes code. There are no account managers here. No "strategy consultants" who've never opened a terminal. We build things.
Senior means senior.
We've been burned by "10 years experience" that means one year ten times. You won't be. Our engineers have built production systems at scale, debugged outages at 3am, and know the difference between clever and correct.
AI is a tool, not a religion.
We'll tell you when you don't need it. Half the AI projects we see should be a SQL query. We build real AI/ML systems — and we'll be honest about when the answer is something simpler.
We embed, we don't vendor.
We join your standups, your Slack, your codebase. We're on your team until the work is done. No handoffs, no "deliverables" thrown over a wall, no offshore surprise.
We'd rather lose a deal than overpromise.
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. If your timeline is unrealistic, we'll tell you. Trust is the only thing that compounds over a 26-year career.
We don't write proposals longer than the code we'll ship.
Discovery phases that last months are a tax on momentum. We get specific fast, we prototype fast, and we ship fast. You'll know if it's working.
